Discuss - New Idea

Hello everyone!

We have a new Idea, but we need to vote / Discuss it!

Were thinking of making several Battalions of the 11th. Dont be afraid, its nothing complicated (Not very atleast!)
The 11th got 4 commanders, Alexander, Dean, Sandwich and Harpic.
The idea is (For Example) that each of them lead 5 men, and if Dean is Offline, Alex takes deans 5 men, and have 10. Or if Harp is offline Sandwich takes his men.. And so on
(Its just an example, maybe we will add a picture so you can see it)
This does not mean that others need to change Anything, but if it will "Go through", you gotta know Who´s your Captain!
Its free for all to vote, every single member! So please vote, and write if you would like

Only problem now is that not everyone of us has register here.
we must wait for other members to register first and wi shall vote again.

I think its an excellent idea! Remember, gentlemen, organization is key!

Sounds good, Thats mean we are really one big regiment, But spilt too Cav, Infanty etc. Sounds like a great idea can't wait too use it in the near future!

And ofcourse, I wrote this idea when we still were 2 regiments. This means were back to one, Were the 11th! And we will split into Battalions & Companies (Bataillon & Groupes on French, Which the regiment is based on)

Dont forget that we need more members and where are the others that you recruit Phill?

Well as far as i know we are 11 max on the training wicht esent really much if you ask me.

yes organization is key to any sucessful regiment. i was in military for 6 years and was a E5 which is a sargent. i lead 8 men in combat and without organization and communication doubled with tactics we wouldnt have been succesful no losses to enemy fire. im new and i know my opionion dont matter much but i think it is a great idea.

Well you reply does matter for me! by telling a bit more about you we can get to know each other and since you have experiance whit military i think you will get promoted very fast in ma opinion but i might by wrong! Cheers

Every voice of advice is welcomed here that way we can improved and we have opened mind for new ideas, and this one is already in motion.

imo, we should have a command general, a leader of the whole regiment. then from there have 4 full bird colonels. each one will command their battalion they are assigned to. then there would be 4 companys in each battalion, with a captain in charge of each company. under him would be the first sgts which would command a platoon, then squad leaders which are sgts and sgt 1st classes. then you have ur corporals and privates. thats how rank structure works.
